The deadline for submitting final projects will be April 21, 2012 and students will be required to hand in all their work including reports and documentation, which will then be reviewed by the Steering Committee. The important deadlines are given in Table I.

The selection process of the winners will be based on a thorough review of various aspects of the project, ranging from its technical side to the innovative and creative solutions used to combat the challenges of each project (specific criteria to be developed by the Steering Committee).
